We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via essential and, with consent, analytics cookies.

To respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, deliver contracted services, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our website. We rely on legitimate interests, contract performance and, where required, your consent as our lawful bases.
Sharing

Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet professional and insurance obligations, then securely destroyed.
